All groups (including clubs, organisations, charities and commercial operators) looking to hire a High Life Highland facility or engage with any our services e.g., Active School Co-ordinators, are required to be registered as an "approved group" on our database. This ensures that all required documentation is in place, thereby making booking / engagement easier as the same information is not required each and every time your group contacts us.

During registration you will be required to upload a copy of the Group's Public Liability Insurance Certificate and Safeguarding Policy. Please ensure you have these documents ready to upload before you start the registration process.
Once approved, your group will be required to periodically update these records (reminders will be sent) and potentially support a High Life Highland staff member carrying out audit checks on your group if selected through a random sample process.
